I take it you are pretty new to this, Toronto is the last team that will be sending an offer sheet. If (and that's a big if) they did try and offer sheet Cernak for 2.75M he would laugh at it and sign with Tampa. Offer sheets are generally considered taboo around the league so they rarely happen, they create bad blood with teams that will cause trading to not happen between them for years. The Aho OS that happened last year was the first one signed in 6 years.

I dont see Tampa trading him, they are in need of a RHD and Cernak pairs well with McDonagh. Its Cooper's go to shutdown pair that gets matched up against other teams top lines
