kerfoot does not want to go to NJ. When he was drafted he refused to play for them which is why Colorado picked him up.

In general most of those trades be unrealistic and would not benefit the team.

He’s the most vastly overpaid player in the game. Honestly, he’s just not built for the NHL. He’s small, weak & soft. He always gets knocked over & refuses to hit & fight. He doesn’t have the talent to make up for his poor physique. In a few seasons he’ll be out of the league. He gets carried by Auston Matthews & is only good at generating secondary assists, which is a worthless stat. The Leafs were better off giving that roster spot to Jeremy Bracco, could’ve saved them 11 million.

Will you stop with you’re nonsense that marner is worse than Loui Ericsson
You have non stop not stopped trash talking Marner saying that he’s bad, useless and overpaid, only one of them is correct and that’s the overpaid area, he’s overpaid because of Babcock p, how does a guy with 94 points Playing WITH TAVARES suck. You said he played with Matthews all of last season, no he played with Tavares. Now do the best thing possible. Stop with you’re nonsense on marner you troll

Hes incredibly biased. He thinks murican's are better then everyone. In his eyes Chelios>Orr, Tkachuk>Marner, Kane>Crosby and Tavares, Matthews>MacKinnon. He said McDavid was carried by Debrincat in junior and Barzal is carried by Lee. Just go back and look at his posts and see how insane this guy is

Sure Marner put up a lot of points last season, but let’s dive into the details. At even strength, he was nonsensical & performed like a replacement level player. He was 1% above the league average in terms of generating offence & 9% below the league in defensive contribution. He was only good on the powerplay when he shared the ice with Matthews. This season, he’s put up a massive improvement in terms of driving offence, he’s 6% above league average as well as 13% above league defense. It’s not a coincidence that this guy started to become good after riding on Matthews’ coattail full time. He’s a bum.

        Miccah Blake McCurdy’s diagram.

If you are going to use his model you should at least get the numbers right. His charts are extremely valuable but you are just making **** up. Relative to league average Marner is +29% offensively and +3% defensively. Hes a bit below league average defensively. The leafs without him are +8% offensively and +9% defensively. The leafs are one of the best teams in the league when marner is on the ice. Hes also talented enough to outshoot his expected goals without it regressing.

Kane on the other hand is a net negative. +5% offensively and +23% defensively is atrocious. The Blackhawks are better when kane isnt on the ice. +4% offensively and +17% defensively is still very bad but they are better without him. At his cap hit they might get a 5th round pick for him but with what we know about aging curves a soon to be 32 year old winger who makes the Blackhawks (a team who is already bad) worse when best playing wont get much at all. You have to be really bad to make a team that bad worse

It’s not a coincidence that this guy started to become good after riding on Matthews’ coattail full time. He’s a bum.

Nylander said that he had chemistry with Matthews, bull****, it was Nylander riding the coattail

You don’t seem to understand that a forward’s job is to score goals & Kane is one of the best at doing that with multiple 40 goal seasons. No one cares if you don’t play defense as long as you’re scoring goals. All Marner does is earn secondary assists which is a worthless stat. Sure he generates more, but no one cares if you can’t put the puck in the net. Not to mention his playoff performances are abysmal too. Kane is the most feared Forward in the league & a matchup nightmare for the opposition. Let’s not forget that Marner has scored at the same rate as Connor Brown over the last few seasons. That is beyond embarrassing.
