Yeah the KHL is a much better league. Leading scorer shipachyov (33years old) or 2nd leading scorer Dmitrij Jaskin who was able to score 8 points in 37 NHL games last year or had a career high of 18 points in 51 nhl games with the blues. 8 points last year in the NHL 63 points in the KHL. How could you for get about NHL superstar Nigel Dawes. Career 4th liner who in 2010 scored 33 points in the NHL. Yes 35 year old Dawes is a top 5 player in this “better” league. 2 players who could barely make it in the NHL are the KHL’s best players. Such a sold point. You are on fire haha

How about instead of focusing on Frost bc it helps you arguement let’s look at Suzuki at the same age scored 94 points in 59games. He has 41 points in 71 NHL games. That’s really solid.

McMichael has 102 points in 52 games. Looks like he’s playing better than Suzuki. Habs fans have him becoming a top 2c in the next few years.

He is ranked higher by the best specialist in prospect i think i will stick with Button. Alexandre daigle was once consider the next great one. Prospect list is what it is. There no players on that list that is nhl garanteed success.

From there Tallon has options: letting Dadonov walk and signing Denisenko is one, moving Stralman's $5.5M salary is another - especially since Weegar has shown the ability to play in the top-4. They almost certainly won't retain UFA Pysyk this summer either, removing his $3.5M salary from the books.

Barkov only gets paid $4.75M next year, he isn't going to get traded just to save a few bucks.
