Don't do this Ottawa you could get Drysdale or Yaroskov

I disagree. If they have #3 and #5, their best play is Drysdale at #3 and then they are guaranteed Stutzle or one of the other centers (not Byfield, of course) at #5. Picking Lundell or Rossi or Stutzle at #3 doesn't guarantee them Drysdale at #5.

Drysdale will go at number 5 Byfield at number 2 which is what they will get
even if they don't get Drydale its not a big deal cause they got Chabot. They can just get a defenseman if they need

The assumption of this post is that Drysdale is one of the two players that they want to draft, not two centers. Drysdale won't go at #5 if Anaheim drafts at #4. And Ottawa won't get #2 unless they win that lottery.

I really don't like people projecting the Sens take Askarov. Most people probably don't know but their goalie prospect line is flush. Hogberg, Gustavsson, Daccord, Mandolese, Sogaard. Hogberg will split or be the starter next season and the next 4 have real potential. No point wasting that high of a pick for another goalie.

Good point about Drysdale and the centres after the 2nd pick. If they like him, he should be taken with the hightest pick (if they have the 3rd)

Why on earth would MTL do this? Kotkaniemi was recently selected 3rd OA and is only 19. So they give up a bluechip prospect + an early 2nd to move up 4 spots in the draft. Ridiculous! Talk about overvaluing a pick.
