BOS - its pretty fair, but tilts toward NJD. Maybe Axel instead of Urho.
VAN - no way Simmons is getting 3rd+4th. Maybe 3rd if some salary is retained, 4th without salary retention
TOR - don't think Leafs would bite
ANA - NJD declines
VGK - VGK declines quite easily. Take one of the two prospects out...even then, its a lot to ask for Vatenan.

This would be a hard no from the Leafs

BOS - I agree with you if it was at the draft and not at the TDL. I think the Zucker and Coleman trades set enough precedent to warrant this trade at the TDL.
VAN - I meant to just click on the 3rd. Oops.
TOR - What if I switched the 3rd to a 2nd?
ANA - I think Kase would be a perfect fit on the Devils. But what would you put his value at then?
VGK - This was just a filler for the Vats trade. But what if I dropped Dorofeyev out of the trade and offered up a 4th as well?

BOS - Think fine as is...maybe retain $1 mil
VAN - 3rd sounds right (with $$ going to VAN)
TOR - Subban hard guy to price...but if there was open market for him....I doubt best offer comes from Leafs
ANA - NJD needs size, grit, toughness on wings (what they hoped to get with Simmons). Better fit may be smaller deal for Ritchie.
VGK - Elvenes + 3rd sounds about right (Elvenes has had GREAT year, so wouldn't be surprised if they'd prefer to move Dorofeyev)

TOR - Remove the 1st from the ANA deal, and send it with Subban.
ANA- Switch the 1st out for a 2021 2nd?

The 1st round is the cost of shipping Backes, and Palmieri alone would get more than Heinen and reclamation project like Zboril.

Backes comes w a 2nd OR NJ retains some capital $$ on Palmeri...oh say US$2Mil

Backes + 2020 2nd + A + B + C ....for.... Palmieri ($2 million retained)

A. Stucknicka, Vaakanainen, or 2020 1st pick
B. Frederic, Andersson, Beecher, or 2020 1st pick
C. Heinen, Bjork, Lauzon, or similar

Would seem to me to keep it simple and just do A + B + C for Palmieri (no retention)
