One deal with one team should do it for Toronto, as far as making potentially significant changes to this lineup, and that would be with New Jersey. The Leafs would trade for Severson, Coleman and Simmonds (who is a UFA rental, but who they can now afford with their big LTIR relief), and part with some future assets (not Liljegren) to make this happen. They probably should also trade Barrie, and whatever assets they acquired should be put into this NJ deal. Both Severson and Coleman have term left on their deal. Severson is solid D, and an upgrade defensively over both Ceci and Barrie (not that that's saying much). Coleman is tenacious. He reminds me a lot of Trevor Moore but with better hands and a better shot.
