@steinosaur19 dont listen to them.

Foudy is a beast prospect who could make the NHL next year (look at his results at the NHL combine!) and Anderson is a 20 goals RW. This is a solid offer with exactly what MTL needs, big fowards with hands.

But your conditionnal pick doesnt make sense. Since he's a RFA, it's 99% sure MTL would resign him (1% is the chance of strike like Honka or Poolparty). This kind of condition is usually used for future UFAs traded as rentals, like Dushenes last year. Since Foudy was drafted 18th, a 2nd seems fair.

Your opinion isn’t more viable then @F50marco or @Raphybaby28. Don’t act like your the reference in hockey. Anderson is a third line players that have benefits playing with panarin last year. That absolutely not what Montreal are looking for in a trade. The biggest need in Montreal is still on defense so if a trade is happening a left handed defenseman will probably be acquired for Domi.

Columbus needs to be the one to decline both of those trades. Hoffman is an ass and not needed and Columbus really shouldn’t trade Foudy.

Both teams laugh at those offer, Murray can't even stay healthy so Columbus says No and Montreal trade is very underwhelming as well.

Saying "No" without any justification doesnt even qualifies as an opinion. If it is, then it's a poor one.

The important thing is that you stated "IMO". Which is literally what everyone else did yet your comment is more........ IMO'er.... for some reason?

My comment literally didn't even say NO. Its simply said "I can't see the incentive here for the Habs". That's my version of "IMO".

Actually....maybe I should have just commented to your post and said:

"Don't listen to @jpsnow13 , he knows nuthin..." laugh (GOT joke)

You have bite on that IMO really easy. Imagine if you would put as much effort in hockey talk as you put in arguing with me.

Let me show you an example:

Liam Foudy has made a tremendous progression in the last 2 years. After dominating the NHL combine (https://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/prospect-interest-411-liam-foudy/) and beeing drafted 18th, he continued to improve. Starting as the 13th canadian foward in the last world junior championship , he climbed up the roster showing his capacity to play on wings even if he is a natural center. He finished the tournament with 4 goals and 7 points, including the gold wining goal.

Tldr: Foudy is a top prospect. That an incentive for ya.

I mean......literally for like the tenth time..... IMO that's not enough incentive. I'm not sure what you are not understanding here?

"Don't listen to them" - is your opinion.
"Not enough incentive for the Habs" - Is my opinion.

See how they have exactly the same amount "opinion" in them? One no less valid than the other is the whole point that seems to be flying over your head, yet again.......

The argument isn't whether Foudy isn't good or if Habs shouldn't trade Domi. Its the unnecessary "Don't listen to them" comment.

BTW All those great things you said about Foudy, Domi did also. You know what Foudy hasn't proven yet? A 72 point season. So you can see why the incentive isn't there for the Habs.......... Once again >>> IMO.?

Damn, look at you throwing in a statistic. We are making progress with backing up your opinion with qualitative or quantitative arguments.

This is my answer: How many 15 goals seasons does Domi have? Only 2 in 5 years. Do you know who does have 4 in 4? Anderson.

Provably false. Anderson got little or no time with Panarin last year. His time on a line with Panarin was the year prior.
