I do not like that Kapanen trade from a CGY perspective - a top 4 cost controlled 23 year old D for and Dube for Kap and a 2nd is too rich.

Edit - And you are out to lunch on the Toffoli trade - no way LA goes for that - a 27 yr old UFA and a 3rd???!!! The Dumba trade maybe if you dropped the 2nd to CGY but even then they could get more from others.

Take the 2nd coming back to Calgary out of the Dumba trade. Minnesota still probably wants more though.

Go to Edit and delete that Toronto trade. Massive overpayment for a 3rd liner. Hanifin alone is worth that, probably more.
