i watch Rodrigue play in Moncton and he's facing less shots then Fucale did because he's also got an extremely stacked team infront of him that doesnt allow many shots through .
The Wildcats just went all in giving up basically all their picks in the first 3 rounds the next few years to acquire a ton of depth including Mcisaac from the WJC D Core. We bought all 3 of the top players in the 2016 draft in BO Groulx , Gabriel Fortier and Jared Mcisaac while not forgetting we were already stacked from years of good drafts including 16 year old Rookie leader at a point per game Zachary L'heureux who's projected to go top 10 in the 2021 NHL draft and Khovonov who's dominated international play and the QMJHL as he currently sits besides Lefreniere with over 2.00 points per game .
you're smart to sell but if i was DET i'd insist that 5th is a 2nd so you can draft a goalie who's faced some adversity and won games for his team .
Both teams he played on was lined with 1st round NHL picks and standout prospects .
i dont think Rodrigue's ever seen a 40 shot night , hell he barely see's 30 shots because our D core blocks a boatload of shots in Dan Lacroix's system
