Pretty sure the Inclusion of Ceci was to make it work for the Leafs. He adds no value to the trade.l

Actually yes they can trade that pick. It would just have the condition that it slides to 2022 if it is sent to the canes. Or it could have a condition to move up to a 2020 pick which I think wild would like.
