Description
Wild can convert an overload of defensive talent into a very good center in Hopkins. Its not very practical to have 5 defensemen paid 3.5 million or more, regardless of how good they are. Thus they can trade Dumba who can be cost controlled by Edmonton for a good forward the Wild need.

take out the RNH contract and i'd be interested. I'd rather have Haula than RNH. Staal kinda log jammed our Center trades. Dalpe is not an option for 4th line center to start the season.

Haula will never be as good a centre as RNH. I'd try and get rid of Granny instead of Haula, but I'd take the RNH trade.

This is the Wild, when have they ever had a logjam at centre? And how is that a bad thing?
