theres no need for that. dermott, sandin and holl can all play in the top 4 and lily will be in the lineup. one of them will not come out and bracco isnt a fit on the 3rd line, they would be much better off keeping kappy

also that dermott deal is not getting done its gonna be atlease 2.5 over 2 or close to 5 over 6+

you would hope but then wouldnt he just trade the same player in both scenarios? seems like he turned kapanen who i personally like and wished the bruins had offersheeted into a year of a goalie and a bust so far. Then turns mango a decent player into a backup that isnt playing nhl hockey right now, a defenseman that isnt really anything special and a 3rd thats going to end up late round. feel like they lose that trade by a mile, i can see the reasoning on the georgiev trade but you move out 2 decent players and replace it with hamonic, georgiev, andersson, desmith, and ruhwedel. ew.

Don't understand why anyone would trade Kapanen or johnsson but Pittsburgh would do that. Hamonic won't be available at all he'll re-sign in Calgary

Georgiev + Andersson > Kapanen, add a mid pick or another c+/b- prospect and sure

He shouldn't make both trades, keep one of the two wingers. As well he has underpair all his RFA's, that's where the cap space comes from.
