Gourde and Johnson are very much solid NHL players. Witkowski is a 4th line guy and Verhaeghe has played 8 games, way too early to say he isn't an NHL player. The team is awful right now at almost every position. If gum chewer has lost the locker room, then he needs to go. If this level of uninspired effort continues for another month or so, I think he will be fired if Tampa wants to salvage this season. It has been proven twice in the last 5 years that a good team that is failing due to primarily poor leadership can make the right change and see amazing results(Pens with Sullivan and Blues last year with Berube). A new voice could be the catalyst that spurs this team to similar results.

He most likely was a blue fan until January 1st of this year came and then he switched to Tampa
