Precisely because of those latest remarks MIN will never take it. Barrie is pending UFA with no reason to sign with MIN in the first place. Dumba is all around better D than Barrie and also younger.

Also TB has no desire to move Cernak. By default, RHDs have more value than LHDs.

There is no reason to trade a pick with Harpur. If a team want's him then they can have him but just send him to the minors to get him off the cap hit.

I would rather keep Dermott.

Going forward I am not sure we can afford Dumba long-term with the future signings we need to do within his contract term (notably Reilly and Anderson)

I understand that handedness is important but I rather have Dermott than Cernak. Seems like quite the overpay
