Unless Ladd's LTIR bound,it's going to be a 1st + to move him. It's going to be a sizable plus too if you're getting out with zero retention and no money coming back.

4 years is too long to jive with the timeline on Ottawa's rebuild, so It's going to need to be an offer they can't refuse type deal.

It would take a massive overpay to pry Dobson from NYI. I agree it will take a lot to unload Ladd, but it won't be Dobson, he's the second most untouchable player on the Islanders.
