That's why I think we'll see Harpur this year, even if Leafs fans don't seem to like him. Babcock will want to have his go-to PK pairs. Both Harpur and Ceci played a lot on the PK, though OTT were worst in the NHL last year on the PK I think, so there's a lot of work to do.
