TB moves away more than 14 million. Cap space to sign Point and they still get a centre in bjugstad and point can now centre the top line with kucherov. Schultz fills their RHD hole. And stamkos is obviously good which is why the pens give 2 firsts and 2 prospects.

Definitely think that the organization is in too fragile of a state to trade 4 first round picks as a hail mary to get another cup. They can compete for one with the 4 first round picks. Doing this will mean they can be in an ugly state in 3 years if they don't get a cup with this roster and having nothing in the cupboard rebuilding.

Can you imagine the possibility of Malkin, Stamkos, and Crosby centering 3 different lines. This is definitely a championship caliber team.

This is off. Tampa doesn’t need to move Callahan, he’s LTIR and medically retired due to a back issue so he couldn’t play for you anyways. Also I don’t think Tampa needs a 25 year old goalie “prospect”, they have McElhinny, Domingue, Ingram and Vas there already, I don’t think they need or want another goalie in the system.

As for Minnesota, they’ll laugh at that, you want them to eat 8+mil in cap space on Gunbranson and Johnson, and on top of that trade Spergeron? The 1st is compensation and DeSmith gets you Stalock and the picks, but a second doesn’t get you Spergeron. Yikes, it’s not Stan Bowman trading a young RHD for a bust.

Tampa doesnt have ingram. And those other goalies are just back ups, jarry can be more than that. Still clear cap and dont have to worry about cap penalties with an ltir player.

Minnisota isnt eating 8 million in cap they take on 3 more million than their total cap hit right now. Cap is going the other way you know. They get two really good picks and they get an actual back up goalie while stalocks time in the NHL is running out with the way he's been playing.

Okay, still Tampa has Vas, who’s the same age or younger then Jarry, so why do they need or want anything more then a back up? Anyways Tampa kills Pittsburgh’s in that trade without a goalie going to Tampa or Callahan moving because he’s done playing hockey.

They might be taking 3 mil more but it’s also 8 mil in cap dumps where spergeron is 5 mil in a solid top 4 d man. If DeSmith is so much better then Stalock then keep him.

Ur saying tampa wins the trade?

Desmith would be traded to get a top 4 defenseman with schultz gone

Even tampa fans thinks Stamkos is over rated. Who in the hell would give up that much for him.

He's not though. Underrated because hockey fans think he's overrated.
