Description
Yandle is gone. Bruins still need a brand new top pair in my opinion. Chara would play much better in a limited role and Krug is too much of a defensive liability to be thrust into a top pair spot. Shattenkirk and Fowler get it done for cheap this year, then you re-sign them to long lucrative contracts with Seidenberg, Chara, and hopefully McQuaid (expansion draft) off the books.

Neither of those trades get it done. If you trade for Fowler and Shattenkirk, you're gonna have to give up your two 1st round picks this year + 2 NHL ready prospects (Vatrano + Spooner). Which would leave some serious holes in the forwards.
