Description
If anyone should present an offer for the 3rd pick, it should be the Jets. Laine and Puljujarvi have proven chemistry. Columbus has cap and expansion draft issues and the Jets have space. Taking Hartnall's contract is a huge help to the Blue Jackets. Three high end prospects and a 22OA pick.

Decent vacuum value, but the Jackets have plenty of young up and coming wingers - so unless Connor is so awesome that he can be considered some kind of potentially elite gamebreaker, I don't think this would work. frown

So you are giving up 3 first round picks and an another 1st round draft choice for the 3rd overall and Hartnell. Seems like a huge over payment. Why would Winnipeg do this?
