I can't see the Leafs agreeing to that. Maybe if it's Dumba, and even then it's a maybe.

Leafs are in a hard spot though. They need a strong defensive-minded D-man and already have lots of scoring. If Marner wants too much they might HAVE to trade him somewhere.

As much as I'd love to have him, 0 chance Panarin comes here. I think he lands in Florida with Bob. And to echo what others are saying, I don't think Toronto listens to any Marner trade that doesn't involve Dumba.

Buffalo decline

I am sure that Minny's 1st not their 2nd would have to be part of the deal to Toronto at minimum, and if the return is Marner, Minnesota should jump at it since the chances that whoever they draft at number 12 ends up being close to Marner are extremely limited. Plus, with the Buffalo trade they would still have a 1st.
