Pretty Creative honestly and pretty much dead on but i am confused why only Juulsen and Poehling are in both the AHL and NHL rosters(assuming the 22 NHL players on LTIR is your NHL roster)

Oulette had a meeting in MTL expressing his need to be traded to a team where he could potentially see NHL ice time .
given the need teams like NJD , MIN and DAL need its not unrealistic but unlikely MTL yields anything more then a bottom pick in a couple years maximum

Leiskanen is now a 5th year Pro coming off his fourth season scoring 31 points 57 games in a league Superior to the AHL in ever form .
He's Laval's best option for top LD .

Alzner is likely to be moved or bought out.
keeping him for the expansion draft requires MTL giving up a top pick and prospect so its easier to move him now.

overall i think you came as close as one can to making it realistic

Nicest ECHL arena in the league. Heck if Quebec was in NHL, a top arena.
