I have a hard time seeing Rantanen signing for that dollar amount.
Also while I could potentially see Nylander being 3C on the leafs next year, I think he's very unproven to be relied upon as your go to 2C. Furthermore, Nylander and Lindgren for Barrie is a lot to ask for, especially given he's only got one year left, and Dubas is known to look for deals with term.

Not to mention he'd be UFA after 4 years and be 26 hitting the open market. Talk about a big payday. He'd get McDavid money in 4 years
