Imo they need more efficient goal scorers. Voracek and Granlund from their latest acquisitions are more of playmakers. It's good when you have guys who knows how to pass, but they also need someone that can score.

For example, only Arvidsson were able to score over 30 goals. Only 3 players were able to score over 20 (Arvidsson, Forsberg, Smith).

They need scorers more.

I get that, but to play devils advocate here's a list of 30 goal scorers for 5 of the remaining 8 teams in the playoffs:

CBJ -1
CAR -1
NYI - 0
DAL - 1
STL - 1

It's about depth scoring. Jake adds another 20 goal scorer to your team.

Personally, I think Subban is wildly overrated. I call it the Bryce Harper effect. Harper isn't that good, but anytime he does something good, it looks cool, so people gush over it. a 500 home run looks cool, but it counts the same as a homer that barely clears the fence. Sure, when Subban scores it's a one time clapper that goes bar down, but is that worth any more than a goal where the d man just sneaks it through traffic?

Subban is just a bigger Torey Krug that gets paid way more.

Subban yes, is overrated and overpaid but hes still a better player than Voracek. Nashville says no...PK while he has his flaws, will fetch a better package from another team if that is the offer Philly puts on the table

Voracek would be the leading point producer on Nashville. He's more of a playmaker than a goal scorer though which would be concerning for me since he'd either end up with Johansen (another playmaker) or Granlund (another playmaker).... someone is gonna have to shoot the puck in the net.
