No cap dumps, no buyouts, no other trades at all.

@Wjdjdkf: looks like it could work, but only if EDM could land a quality UFA like Duchene or Brock Nelson.

Extensions for Athanasiou and Nurse next summer can be covered easily.
- I would not re-sign Gagner, Brodziak and Manning (-$5.475M), replace with say Marody and Yamamoto (+$1.82M)
- 1-2 of Sekera, Russell and Benning (lets say Russell and Benning: -$5.95M) will be replaced with some of the quality defense prospects that the Oilers have bubbling under (say Bouchard and Jones: +$1.8M)
- The cap should rise (+$3M)
- remove AA and Nurse old salaries (-$6.2M)
- These moves combined create $17M in cap space - enough to re-sign both players (say $6M each) to long-term contracts and also add another decent piece to the team.

The 2019 8th overall could be joining the team next summer too - meaning the Oilers will be a young, fast, skilled, exciting team just 1 season from now - with or without AA.
