Cornel is a bust, he's never gonna be anything. Sabres would probably rather extend the trash they already have rather than take Moore for 4 more years

Cornel is nothing but you have to give Buffalo an incentive to take a cap dump off your hands, especially in the division

My uncle used to have seasons to the petes games, where cornel played juniors. I called him as soon as we drafted him for the scoop, said he was a high draft pick in juniors, they expected big things, they never got them. Then we took him, i expect because he has decent size, on the off chance he was a late bloomer. Doesnt appear to be the case. Not even sure hes gonna get an nhl callup at this point, we have the worst bottom 9 forwards in the league and i dont think anybody even considered a look. We dont need any more lhd, we just dont. At this point even if they all suck its gonna take a couple years to get through all of them. I would say no, we just dont have a fit there even as a reclamation project.

Well I feel like the perception of Moore isn't necessarily cap dump, and also Buffalo does have issues signing players

The Sabres still have 5 LHD with 2 more prospects to sign, and moore isnt better than what they have now, this guy also called him garbage. So for Buffalo its a dump that makes no sense

I mean a lot can change personel wise over a Summer. Don't get hung up on it though, I stated in the post it doesn't have to be Buffalo by any necessity
