Description

Canucks have been scouting Boston vigourosly and vice versa. With knowledge that Boston is looking for a 3C I think there might be a deal at hand. Especially since benning has said that Gaudette had nothing to work on when sent to the AHL. This means Gaudette is nhl ready and benning said that if a prospect is nhl ready he'll make room for them.

What will need to happen to make this trade work?

Canucks can always retain a bit if needed. I think this helps both teams a lot Tbh.

I like the concept, but I believe Heinen is not waiver exempt next year. I would prefer a draft pick .

Draft picks would be good too but I can't see us getting more than a 2nd. Heinen is young and one season removed from 47 point campaign. I think he could slot into our top 6 cuz clearly he isn't given the same opportunity as last year from Boston
