Yeah and if you pick Hughes, you can put Couturier on the market and get a huge haul for him that would include a high end winger. Like an A - A+ winger. Hughes is better than Kakko IMO. I doubt you’ll have this issue, as Philly will more likely pick second than first, and even at third, Podkolzin is a great option. If you guys end up doing really well for the rest of the year, you can still pick a guy like Krebs or Zegras.

Personally I hope we don't go on a run because there is zero chance we make the playoffs.



Do you think TOR has too many C's? Tavares, Matthews, Kadri down the middle is a pretty deadly 1-2-3. Why wouldn't you want that for the FLyers?

But I mean, we don't have any need for forwards either so we might as well accumulate picks and keep the shelves constantly stocked. That is how you avoid the downfall after the peak (if we ever get there) like the Kings and Blackhawks have had happen to them.
