So hire steve yezerman however you spell that $%*# name... and let him trade the players and rebuild this team into tampa bay 2.0...
Thats IF Steve Y is still available!

With 20 mil for cap... the pilers are under the cap floor boo bag of pucks awful trades and blah blah blah! Honest opinions criticize it its just a fantasy hockey GM...

But since half of these players have 1 year, the oilers can sign them or overpay certain players like mikko, ect...

The Leaf trade makes no sense. If they have a weakness it's defence and Dermott is way better than Russell. Puli is almost a bust, he wouldn't likely get you a 1st right now, more likely another higher touted prospect or young player who could also use a fresh start. Sandin could be the Leafs top prospect. This makes zero sense

Besides the fact that the value on these trades is just all over the place, but IF (never going to happen) you are trading McDavid, for the love of God get a #1 dman and don’t trade him to a divisional rival where is will haunt us for years to come
