I don't think Butcher or Bratt have any interest from Toronto at all. Butcher is a left handed dman and they already have enough of that, Bratt is just depth which again Toronto is loaded with.
Wood might be a nice fit, but with him struggling this year it would again be for a mid round pick and second tier prospect.
