Keep Gordeev and Korshkov (dont do nashville deal) and throw picks out of that deal and it might be fair. Nylander for Parayko is fair deal.

Nah, I don't think GMs are that short-sighted in their valuation of Nylander. I just don't think the Blues are accepting fair offers for Parayko, they want to build around him because they won't be able to replace him very easily. An offer they can't resist? Sure, but otherwise it's all kinda wasting breath.

Or just wait because eventually Nylander is going to get into his old form and STL would be selling at TDL and it might be fair again. Although if not. It would need sweetener.

Gordeev is in there as STL wants LHD, but can be substituted with Jesper Liljgren,
and for Korshkov, just not sure how he breaks through on RW, unless he can switch to LW

Blues have no reason to trade Parayko at this point for even value. Fill a gap at forward to open a chasm on D. Top pair RD is the most expensive trade piece in the game outside of legit superstars.

Why would any GM commit to having to swap 1st if a guy walks 4 years later? That's gets the award for most outrageous condition I've seen here.

Not bad. You do need the added stuff cause nylander alone will not get parakyo. Instead of all other stuff however I think you'd have to put up a 1st and nylander. That's parakyos value and asking price like it or not
