No way you get that pick back from Colorado for Stone. Stone is great and I'd love to see him in an Avs shirt but that pick could easily be Hughes or Kakko. Jost you might get. Your problem is that Stone is a rental and Colorado's window is just opening so they are unlikely to be looking at a rental for this playoffs if they make it in, especially not one that expensive. I'd say if Stone goes to FA they may well look at him (or should). I can't see that trade happening at all.

A top 4 pick and a good young player for a rental Stone? No way. Ceci is worth a late pick maybe. Duchene trade may be only a slight overpay by the Isles. There is no way Dzingel gets Carolina’s 1st.
