Would be 4 1sts. AAV on offer sheets is total value of contract divided by years or 5 whichever is less. In this case its 5. Putting the AAV at 13.12. 4 1sts.

Philly should do well this year. I don't know if they really need Nylander.
Those picks and Cap hit might be better spent elsewhere.

It was an example. I didn't put in there how he was acquired.

That's roughly the contract Jones got. Maybe ~500k higher for under-counting inflation. There's plenty of space for Patrick. AMAC, Weise and Gudas come off.
