How are a 4th and a conditional 7th "good picks"? I think they won simply because they got something for McQuaid, but these picks are far from good.

I think the value of McQuaid was around what they got. Good picks in terms of the value of the player, but not picks with high probability of success

A great Bruin. I will certainly miss the Mullett in black and gold. Any B’s fan with common sense knows this was a good business move by Sweeney. Gained cap space and a few picks and a spare part. Quaider is ultimate team guy and an old time intimidator. He was a favorite of mine and will be missed. Wish him all the best with the Rags.
