Why they would want a young winger

They cannot fit him into their roster without moving players they just signed. Next year would be a better time for that trade.

They have 1.3m left and they still have to sign Schmaltz. If they added Nylander, they’d need approx. 1.5m more. Even if they did, Maroon or Perron would have to move to the 4th line. It’s just a mess.

where did this rumour start? Dubas made it clear the big four would not be traded, also how is it worth it for a team who wants to win a cup and the only thing left to add is a better goaltender, the only trade between these two would be Sparks and Carrick for Bortuzzo and a pick (if I'm rating Bortuzzo right I'm not a blues fan)
