Meh. Sobotka is a dump here, but he would serve a purpose, helping with eichel and mittlestadt (or whoever is 2c). They are paying 7.5 that we would pay, but we get stuck with 5m against our cap over 5 years. And we get a middle pair at worst rhd and a late first. I wouldnt say we make out like bandits or anything, but if that offers on the table, im taking it.

Our owner isnt concerned with the bonus, but its a nice concession from stl to take the bonus hit for a aav hit on our end.

Plus, of all the major pieces that buf fans have mentioned- 3oa, hanifin, hamilton, (etc)- parayko is one of the few that hasnt been moved in the last 24 hours. ROR would not get Parayko as an offer. You would get like Walman and 1st and Sobotka that’s what ROR Contract is worth.

Not meaning Walman I don’t know and I’m too busy to think about it, but Parayko and Pietrangelo are untouchable if you only offer ROR.
