Barzal just had an 85 pt season as a rookie.
Only 18 players have scored more in their rookie season in the entire history of the NHL. Only Crosby, Ovechkin and Malkin have done it the post 2000 era.
The last time a MTL player scored 85 or more was over 20 years ago.
A Montreal player has never scored more than 71 points in their rookie season.

Im not going to actually comment anything else. If the above hasn't convinced you already why this trade will never happen, then nothing I can say will.

Barzal for Lindgren, Lekhonen + 2x2nd... if you are NYI GM... will you do it? NO
forget about Barzal who worth 900 000$ for the next 2 years!
The Only fait value with NYI-MTL will be tradding Pacc for Nelson RFA + #11 pick... and if you add Lindgren +2nd you can ask for Ho-Sang or Bellows
