We don’t need an older player on the way down or a high ish pick.... we need another game breaker. So sorry but not needed. But we’d gladly trade Dubinskys bad contract.

2018 1st is a non starter unless its top 5 protected as we need a Tkchuck , Dahlin or Boqvist to much.
O'reilly contract is buyout proof and structured horribly so given we have Price and Weber with those contracts its a risk for us giving up Chucky
but a top 5 pick as well Molson's brewery would be burnt to the ground by morning .


now a 2019 Draft Pick we'd do , there is no Tkchuck or Boqvist (Center and RD are always helpfull when they are point producers like these two aka something MTL has few of )

I would take that. Both teams get a bad contract and because you’re taking a longer contract you get a high end prospect.
