Maybe we may add something, but don't exaggerate things like that man! Galchenyuk+Drouin+one of Zadina, Svechnikov or Wahlstrom+Petry=an average for the next years of 200pts at least. Draisaitl playing with the best player in the world can't do half of this.

Giving up half of our core isn't a great way to fill one hole. Draisaitl isn't an exceptional.

50+50+40+30=170

draisaitl puts up 70pts per year.

8.5M for 70pts

4.9+5.5+5.5+3.7 for 170pts

simple math. 115k/per point

120k/point


HOWEVER

you also use up 4 roster spots as opposed to 1
