I don't think you've even hit the cap floor, and why did you keep Andersen? There's definately no place but up from there with all those picks and prospects.

How does stone get you 2 first round draft picks? One of which most likely being a top 10. That’s to close to the value your getting on Karlson when they should be farther apart

Lol the only reason I kept Andy is cause we need goaltending. Yes Gustavsson and Hogberg look like good goalies but to shift full duties to both of them in their rookies year seems like a bit much to ask. I think Andy provides some stability in net.

I don't see any reason for Minny to take Smith. JEE will be their 3C next season. Nothing against Smith, it's just a bad fit.

Ummm excuse me? Stone has 62 points in 58 games and is also one of the top defensive forwards in the league as well. On top of that he's still pretty young at 25...and you're saying you wouldn't give up two first's for him? Common dude!

U should sign a few more of those 2018 1sts u got and keep a few of those cap dumps for ur cap to be at the floor. (Like Ryan, Burrows, Pageau, and Zack Smith). Also, put MacArthur on LTIR and dont buyout Gaborik. If u still have too much space, u can sign a big FA from the market.

Yeah sorry about that. I didn't think too much around where smitty would be good fit, I just wanted to put it into perspective that he is worth a 2nd or so.

Tyler Seguin at 22 didn’t even get two frat round picks ( ugh Chiarelli) ok I take that back.

But still don’t think those picks come from Colorado, they won’t give Ottawa that pick back if they see them selling. It would just be a dumb move to give them back a top 5 pick for Stone when they are stil such a young team and would just be handed a Lin elite prospect

Why is it a top 5 pick? They probably wont even be lottery picks

Ottawa’s 2018 pick won’t be a top 5? Your trying to get bsvk the pick you lost in the Duchene trade, which either next year or next is a top 5 pick

Of course and it's illegal to NOT reach the cap floor. As it is, this roster is barely 50% of the floor. And throwing all those young players to the wolves is really not the best idea. Ask Edmonton...

Stone is a fantastic player, just 25 y/o. No way I'm trading him for picks.

Smith can be used on LW instead, but you're right I don't think the Wild would really need him. It would be more on a team that lacks forward depth.

MacArthur will certainly be on LTIR and not "buried" as he medically can't play hockey. Insurance pays 80% of his salary.
