Yeah. You'd definitely find this proposed Kadri deal ridiculous.

Yea, you're right Cheech. Take out that second, and make two first 2017, 2018. DW might think that is more fair. The reason I thought the Leafs might be "underselling", Kadri is he one season left before UFA. If the Leafs want to make a UFA splash (Stamkos), I think Kadri is the odd man out.

As somebody who would highly prefer the Leafs keep Kadri over Bozak, I would definitely take this trade. Which probably means it's way too much to give up for Kadri. I know neither Meier or Mueller are having great year's but Meier and a 2nd would still be plenty if you ask me.

Meier is having a pretty solid season actually. 7th in the Q in points per game despite playing on one of the worst teams in the league half the season and then being traded.
