playoffs?

I think a lot of things are going to have to go right for Arizona to be a playoff team. To me, they're still 2 years out from that. Goaltending will need to take a huge leap forward, and secondary scoring will as well. This will be a good team in a few years, but not just yet. Be patient.

Based on this, the Coyotes should make the playoffs

I think it's too big of a jump for Coyoes to be eighth best in the West. But of course who would've guessed that Vegas was going to be Cup finalists.

I do not think Hinostroza and Fischer are top 6 material right now, especially not more than Perlini, Grabner & Panik are at the moment. I think Dvorak will have a awesome season on the wing of Galchenyuk, this season (they'll play AG27 at 2C this year, Chayka said). Can easily see him score 50+pts.

Also, no Merkley on the roster? I think it'll be a battle between Strome and Merkley for the #3C spot in training camp. Both have tremendous upside! This team could very well surprise us all as early as this season, but I'm betting on 2019-2020 to be their breakout season.
