-Way to much for Dobby

-Czarnik is going to want more than a 200K raise and I'm sure someone will pay him to be more than a extra forward

I can send you the link from the article from The Score in Canada that puts him as the #2 UFA goalie this summer. He WILL get a raise, and if Boston wants to keep him (which I think they should), they will have to pay out. It is VERY important to have a #2 that can fill in if your #1 gets hurt, and he can do that, he is considered one of the best backups in the league. Someone will pay him that as a UFA, I think Bruins should. Rask still has periods where he needs "relief" from playing, he will always be that way. Also, I don't think Bruins have anyone ready from Providence to step up yet.

So not sure if you saw my Version 1 team, but I paid him $1M for 2 years and @ngikas said it was way too much. For a guy that has virtually no NHL experience

Yeah i think this is about as much as czarnik should get paid. Kuraly probably gets around 1-1.5 imo

I honestly couldn't care less what The Score in Canada thinks lol. Truth is the UFA goalie market is trash this year, so much so that Dobby is ranked the #2 UFA goalie lol. He had arguably his second best year in the NHL and by many standards it was an average year.

Really? Just don't see it

And I imagine they'll regret it. Lets not forget that Dobby went through waivers 2 years ago an not a single team claimed him lol...again that makes me wonder how is he considered one of the best back-ups in the league.

Zane is the closest, but he hasn't shown consistency.

I don't think $1 million is out of the realm of possibility. 25yr old P/GP player in the AHL who can play C/RW is something I'm sure smaller budget teams would be interested in. If you look at his NHL #'s and pace them to 82 games, he'd be a 7G/17A guy. Now if he got more consistent time (no going up and down) could he be a 10G/20A guy? I don't see why not.
