would it even be worth? hes an elite goalie prospect and while they tend to have hit or misses it will still cost pretty much the same to go out and get ullmark or even less then to just get markstrom with half his cap saved

markstrom is old yes but hes probably the best goalie that wont cost u a lot. ullmark is only 30 so he will have at worst 3-4 years being an elite goalie in him and a few years of being solid while ur team grows into being a contender and should have a prospect/plan to replace him. a young 20s goalie is going to cost u a ton if theres any hope of them being a good goalie. vladar fits the bill, 25 has some games under his belt but as someone whos seen a ton of goalies, i wouldnt touch him with a 10 foot pole unless its for a 4th or worse. outside of vladar unless ur ready to move on from one of ur best prospects + something dont look for young 20s goalies. ur just not gonna like the price

Not likely moving him. Draft day maybe the guy the Wild covets slides to 10, maybe then but really don't see it happening.
