Skinner isn't waiving for Chicago but if he did, the Hawks likely accept that.

As a Habs fan open to the idea of moving back, i dont think this is fair value to trade up to the top 5.
We go from potentially drafting a different maker in Demidov (unlikely) or Lindstrom, or having our pick of Iginla, Sennecke, or any number of the top rated defenseman.

At 11, we take "the left overs" of that tier. Maybe it works out and Sennecke or Catton are still there, but its still a risk. 18th overall is nice, but not enough to make up for that drop. Remove Habs 3rd, and add Leafs 2025 1st, and we are getting closer.
