a couple of the names are fill ins if they miss out on bigger mode ideal targets. or if sweeney wants to bridge the defense in lieu of a long term signing. (OEL vs Hanifin as an example)

I would cross off ghost - just not a bruins style player
cross off the high priced wingers - maybe bertuzzi is reasonable because of the history.

I'd be surprised if they are interested by Gostisbehere. Lindholm is the all-around left D; assuming Lohrei stays up, he will mostly have OZ starts/PP time so the other left D will be a defensive-minded/PK guy. Dillon and Zadorov are the most obvious targets; the latter who they've already been linked to. Kulikov as well.

The forwards list makes sense and it's a shame they will probably not be on the two best forwards available in Guentzel or Reinhart.
