This team has room for some younger players but doesn't force anyone to make the jump if they're not ready, while still improving the team on paper. Sign a goalie for Laval and have them dominate with guys like Hutson, Reinbacher, Mailloux, Heineman, Tuch, Kidney, Beck, Mesar, etc.

Sell off guys like Evans, Armia, Dvorak and Savard at the deadline if we're out of the playoff hunt, but add if the team plays well, reward the team for being competitive

The last year or two could be a problem, but I doubt pese signs for less than that unless someone gives him 10+ a year, which would be worse imo. He's really good, some of the best advanced stats out there. I doubt he loses that ability all of a sudden.

Tuch might not sign, if he won't than Montreal should look to get something for his rights but of you can't, oh well, odds are he wouldn't have been around when the team is competitive again anyways. Not tryna diss Tuch, just saying he's not expected to be a top 6 forward so if he doesn't want to be here let him go

Doesn't have to be Arizona, but Harris is young enough and the Coyotes have been good at developing defensemen, I think he'd work out well there but I get not wanting to move down that far in the draft to get him
