Flyers aren't spending that many assets on a vet goalie. There is zero guarantee that the Flyers can replicate the season they have had so far. Using that valuable assets for a goalie is something only a team that is a serious playoff contender would do, which the Flyers are not. Flyers will be just fine with Ersson as their starter based on his recent play.
