Description
Maybe a little optimistic on the trades here but both are targets that Colorado can actually afford.

Retention on Granlund is negotiable, but I'd love to get his AAV down if possible. Won't pay a first, so if that's the ask then it's not happening (imo).

Understood that Lundestrom may not be available, but I tend to think he is. I can see why folks may disagree with that though.

The problem is that anyone that is "the guy we need" is going to cost way too much and probably be a rental; if the Avs start blowing 1sts and their few remaining good prospects right now for rentals, the window will be closed very soon. RyJo was imperfect solution, Granny is less imperfect as he is a better fit stylistically.

I honestly think Olausson would fit nicely with Anaheim going forward. He still has nice upside imo. I know the AHL stats don't pop, but at least some of that is usage, as the Eagles never give young guys like him pp1 time for some reason.

Not saying you should accept, but just that I think both Lundestrom and Olausson would be in a better position to succeed if they swapped places (again imo).
