A trade within the same division? And I assume this trade would be predicting Tampa is a seller at TDL.

Man would that be something to watch. Probably never happen and I don't know if I would want it to. Couple good players to target in the draft this year. Also don't see Stammer accepting a trade anywhere.

Within division means nothing TB has made trades with Detroit, Florida,Ottawa, the whole won't trade within the division thing is a fan delusion. If Brisebois can do a trade and he or any other GM thinks an offer is better for them they do it.

Tampa declines -- just not enough. Value aside, this makes no sense for them. If they're selling Stammer, they'd probably want some sort of replacement or would be completely tearing down. This is in between the middle and does absolutely nothing for TBL.
