100% right, Kubalik needs to be moved

However, I can't see the Sens carrying a 23 men roster at any point this season so you don't absolutely need that Murray retained salary thing to work

Once the Murray retention was done, it’s dead money. It cannot be put on LTIR. It requires a separate contract between the two teams, approved by league, that cannot be undone by LTIR status. (And cannot be bought it either)
